The setup
[draft] A compact control room, a switcher with multiview, comms headsets for every operator and cameras placed before doors opened.
Live
[draft] A director calls shots from the multiview while operators cover the stage, the audience and the podcast set.
Delivery
[draft] Sessions go out live with the full recording kept for replay, and podcast clips are cut for the conference feeds.
