What we collect
[draft] When you use the booking form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), organisation (optional), the service you want, event date (optional), location (optional), expected audience size (optional), budget range (optional) and your message.
Why we collect it
[draft] We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and run the booking if you go ahead. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
[draft] We keep enquiry details for 12 months after your last contact with us, then delete them, unless we are legally required to keep a record of a paid booking for longer.
Who processes it
[draft] Resend delivers the emails that carry your enquiry to us and our acknowledgement back to you. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a submission comes from a person, not a bot. Some case studies include YouTube videos: the YouTube player is embedded (from youtube-nocookie.com) only after you press play, and nothing loads from YouTube before then. Our analytics provider is to be confirmed and will be named here before analytics go live.
